I'm a big fan of Kimberley Sustad, Erin Krakow, and Luke MacFarlane, so homerun, right?
Marianne (Kimberley Sustad) and Ella (Erin Krakow) Dashwood have inherited their dad's party-planning business, Dashworks. Marianne is the brains of the operation, but Ella has big ideas, even though she doesn't necessarily have the know-how to implement them. She's new to the business after trying her hand at a few different things, and her naivety is showing through as details fall through the crack. Edward Ferris (Luke MacFarlane, but forever Scotty from the "Brothers & Sisters") has recently taken over the reins of Ferriswheel Toys from his dad. Edward is all work and no play. He has no idea how to motivate his staff and the stocks are down.
In trying to impress a new Christmas-crazy distributor, Edward decides to throw a very last minute holiday party. His cousin, Brandon, who happens to be the Dashwood's lawyer, recommends the sisters. Ella wants to prove herself to Marianne and takes the lead with Ferriswheel.
